What it will do
Fixed recoverable costs under CPR 45 for the fast and intermediate tracks, pre October 2023 fast track personal injury claims, MOJ Portal claims and OIC claims. Part 36 consequences on acceptance and at judgment, including the enhanced interest and the additional amount. Disbursements, a credit hire and storage calculator, the text of every rule it relies on, and a draft order in Word.
It is being checked against the rules and tested before it is opened up. It will be free to use, and nothing entered into it will leave your device.
